Edward L. Holt, DO

Dr. Holt received a BA in business administration in 1984 from Austin College. He completed a Doctor of Osteopathy in 2000 from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri, and a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of South Carolina. Dr. Holt has been in private practice in LaGrange, Texas, since 2004.

Dr. Holt has a special interest in obstetrics as well as laparoscopic surgical procedures, including the supracervical hysterectomy, which has a much shorter recovery time than traditional hysterectomies. Dr. Holt received the prestigious “Special Excellence in Laparoscopic Procedures” award from the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.

The proud father of five daughters, Dr. Holt looks forward to joining Women’s Health Professionals.
